Within this role, I offer private and group perinatal educational sessions. This offering includes, but is not limited to:
— A Complete Childbirth Education for The Modern Family manual, that was created by DTI
— Evidence-based information surrounding pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum utilizing Evidence Based Birth & Educated Birth materials
— Space to discuss and process information surrounding: birth sites, care providers, comfort measures, labor positions, interventions, and support team
— Movement through an array of labor positions, comfort measures, grounding practices, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum healing care
— Exploration of community-based referrals and resources
